It may not be exactly sports in the true meaning of the word, but this little clip from the MTV reality soap opera Laguna Beach will definitely keep you laughing throughout the day. Resident queen of the surf Kyndra Mayo is not only battling former best friend Tressa Keller, but as this clip shows, she has some serious issues with a tennis racket.The MTV reality show, now in it’s third season, follows the lives of eight teens who live in the resort-like seaside town and documents their daily dramas as the prepare to graduate high school and head off to the “real world”.While discussing graduation, Kyndra asks best friend Cami to join her for a round of tennis at a local club to discuss their near future.There isn’t a lot of tennis playing going on, but for these rich girls the idea of sports seems to be something that goes along with their social status.
As this clip shows: Tennis may be hard, Kyndra, but you really need to watch out for that pole!
And what a better way to celebrate Lauren’s birthday!
Us Weekly favorite Heidi Montag just released her Spencer Pratt-produced single, “Higher.”
“The past is the past and you don’t have one moment to look back,” Heidi says of her new single. “You create your life and what happens. I wanted to portray this message and energy in my song and hopefully give people the same feeling. My album is about living life every moment and having fun.”

While Heidi Montag was in Colorado mourning the death of her stepbrother, the rest of The Hills girls, including Lauren, Audrina, Whitney and Lo, were out at Villa last night for the Borba Water launch party. The girls posed for pics and signed autographs?outside and sipped cocktails inside the bash.
Lauren’s got a busy week coming up. Her Lauren Conrad collection debuts at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week next Tuesday. Interestingly enough, L.C. confessed she wasn’t wearing her line last night, and Audrina said she hasn’t worn anything from it yet.
So, let me get this straight.?Your friend named a dress after you, and you haven’t even worn it? Listen, ladies of The Hills, I strongly suggest you start donning Lauren’s designs in public, pronto. After all, $150 jersey dresses aren’t gonna sell themselves.
