Kristin Cavallari attends the launch of the LG Scarlet HDTV Series held at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood on Monday.

Hollywood celebrities and international media gathered at Scarlet TV Series Premiere Event to attend what they believed was the world premiere of David Nutter’s latest project, “Scarlet.” Promoted as “The Hit New TV Series,” the Scarlet project appeared to star Natassia “Scarlet” Malthe, a multicultural actress with unique, mysterious and yet universal charm, as the title character.

As the screening room went dark, the Scarlet trailer that had been seen on TV and online ran, followed by a making-of and behind-the-scenes feature. This was followed by another 60-second trailer for Scarlet, similar to the first one, but with a twist: in this one, Scarlet was clearly not what she seemed. Now, for the first time, the audience learned the secret behind the campaign – that “Scarlet, The Hit New TV Series” wasn’t about a new drama, but in fact referred to a series of new Full HD LCD TVs by LG Electronics.

This is L.C.’s first trip back to Washington since an eighth-grade field trip!

On this past Tuesday’s episode of The Tyra Banks Show, nemesis Spencer Pratt said that he is “100%” sure there was a rumored sex tape starring Lauren.

“I know for 100% fact it did exist – 1000%!” he declared. “[But] I would never watch that! I would rather throw up… but I know for a fact, and I would take a lie detector test.”

Yay, a new layout is up and running! I really hope you like it. It too me quiet a while to create it. However, not all the sections are online, you can tell they are under construction. Heidi Montag sure knows how to create buzz. The Hills feminist hero was seen wearing the same out from head-to-toe just exactly one week apart!

On Saturday, April 19, Heidi launched her new clothing line, Heidiwood, at LA’s Kitson in a Chloe “color block tank” dress and Chloe “strappy shoe” boots. Seven days later on April 26, at the White House Correspondents Dinner at the Hilton in Washington DC, The Hills villainess wore the same outfit including the same white watch!

Isn’t it a cardinal sin for “celebrities” to wear the same outfit twice? And didn’t boyfriend Spencer Pratt cancel their appearance at the White House??

I guess you gotta make full use of a $4,730 dress and $745 shoes!

Spencer Pratt has refueled the long-standing feud between him and Lauren Conrad.

On Tuesday’s episode of The Tyra Banks Show, he says that he is “100%” sure there was a rumored sex tape starring Conrad.

“I know for 100% fact it did exist – 1000%!” he declares.

Banks asks if Pratt had actually seen it.

“I would never watch that!” Pratt says. “I would rather throw up… but I know for a fact, and I would take a lie detector test.”

Heidi Montag - who appeared alongside Pratt on the show - also claims the tape was “not a rumor. From what I have heard from confirmed sources… her ex-boyfriend was going around trying to sell it.”

Banks then asks Montag, if she hadn’t seen the tape, how could she be so sure it existed.

“Well, I mean, I am not sure she has it anymore… but from what I’ve heard…”

Montag adds, “I am not really allowed to elaborate.”

In April 2007, Conrad told Usmagazine.com, “There is no sex tape that exists.”

Conrad and Montag’s friendship fizzled after she accused her of spreading rumors about the raunchy tape.

Last night Spencer threw a huge bash for his sister Stephanie’s birthday, and they all came around to celebrate.

Sunset Blvd’s Boulevard 3 was the place to be last night for Hills hotties, as Lauren Conrad, Brody Jenner, Audrina Patridge, Heidi Montag, and Spencer Pratt all made appearances at Stephanie Pratt’s party.  Oh, and by the way, it was being filmed for the show!

So this means, Spencer invited Lauren?

Lauren Conrad makes a quick stop at Whole Foods Market before visiting a friend’s house on Friday in Santa Monica, Calif.
