Are Lauren and Stephen back on?

The Hills’ star Lauren Conrad has been spotted out and about with ex-boyfriend Stephen Colletti.

The Laguna Beach stars were seen at the The Grove in Los Angeles Tuesday night watching the new Iron Man movie.

According to witnesses the two appeared very ‘couply’!

Could it be the original Laguna couple are back together?

Or is it all just a show, for the sake of the new series of The Hills…

Either way keep your eyes peeled, and look out for Stephen’s cameo appearance on The Hills…

Their rise from “The Hills” to celebutab magnets is a well-scripted affair.

The tabloid world - led by the magazine Us Weekly, along with the paradigm-exploding websites TMZ and Perezhilton.com - is simultaneously bursting and flat.

But it’s flat in that every story seems just as important as every other, and the monster needs feeding. That’s what tabloid fame is now: Weekly, and sometimes hourly, we must have stories; the lives of the chosen people must appear to move forward. Into the breach between supply and demand have stepped Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, the villainous couple from MTV’s docu-soap “The Hills” - while they may not be the most famous, they are definitely the most fame-ish. Creatures of the game in every way, they have mastered the new realities of celebrity culture.

The two know what commodity they’re selling and what its value is. “There’s only so much gossip,” as Heidi said over lunch recently.

“We’re always the juicier story,” Spencer said. Switching to the third person, he added, “And when Heidi and Spencer are gossip machines, it’s like, ‘What did Heidi and Spencer do?’ ”

Heidi and Spencer. “Speidi” for short. He’s 24, went to Crossroads School and then USC, having grown up in Santa Monica and the Palisades. She’s 21 and was raised in Crested Butte, Colo., which she referred to as “the smallest place in the world.” She came to Los Angeles in August 2005 after a miserable fashion-school year in San Francisco where she met Lauren Conrad, late of MTV’s “Laguna Beach,” whose move to L.A. was to become the raison d’être for “The Hills.”

TMZ calls them “celebutards.” Perez Hilton calls them “famewhores” and “promosexuals.” Spencer’s response: “Anybody who wants to promote our brand, negative or positive, give me a call.”

The Hills has definitely been renewed for a fourth season, reports Us Weekly. (In Touch reported this back in December.)

“They just started shooting,” an insider says. “The fourth season will be about what they ended up doing this summer. Lauren [Conrad] and Whitney [Port] will still be working at People’s Revolution.”

The finale for the current season of The Hills airs this Monday, May 12. The new season will premiere in August with 19 new episodes.

It seems like every week on “The Hills” there is a new plastic surgery for one of its co-stars. New addition to MTV’s popular TV show, Stephanie Pratt is no exception to this trend. The younger sister of the show’s villain, Spencer Pratt, and friend Heidi Montag, Stephanie Pratt has only recently begun being a regular fixture on the show after her sketchy criminal youth that includes being busted on charges of second degree theft and charges of “promoting a dangerous drug”. Stephanie has had an obvious breast augmentation, billowing out of her dress, but after seeing Stephanie’s mug shot, Make Me Heal thinks she might have gotten a rhinoplasty (nose job) as well.

In Stephanie’s mug shot, the bridge of her nose is wide and in later pictures it seems to be much narrower. However, that could just be clever make-up, as the young thief is not wearing any make-up in the mug shot, but is all gussied up for the camera.

However, she has undergone an obvious breast augmentation, barely being contained in what could be ample space in her flowing dress.

The Hills show oozes with girls who have had plastic surgery, including Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari and Audrina Partridge (read the article on Lauren Conrad & Audrina Partridge’s plastic surgery secrets), not to mention Stephanie Pratt’s future potential sister-in-law, Heidi Montag.

Make Me Heal has previously reported on Heidi Montag’s breast augmentation and nose job. In light of recent pictures, we suspect that Stephanie who was first to go under the knife, may have been the inspiration for Heidi Montag to pay a visit to the plastic surgeon.

Having stayed out of the spotlight for so long due to her youthful indiscretion, Make Me Heal has no way of knowing when Stephanie underwent her breast augmentation and/or possible nose job, but the results are natural and make Stephanie a prettier, more curvaceous version of her brother.
